Booking Policy

Refunds

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept refunds.

Lateness

Each service has a 5 minute grace period. Anything past that will be canceled & charged 50% of the service fee.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your entire Lovely’s Only package, after 3 days of your initial sign up you will only receive a 50% refund of the package fee you have selected. By purchasing a membership you agree to our policy.  

If you wish to cancel an individual session, you must do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation.

Rescheduling 

You can reschedule your reservation within 24 hours of the time of your appointment.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled reservation forfeit their deposit. After 2 no shows you will be banned from booking.
